# Ton Of Work

Ton Of Work is a personal planner. An agent can connect to the account owner's projects and tasks through MCP.

## Connect with OAuth

1. In your MCP-capable client, add a remote MCP server at https://www.tonof.work/api/mcp.
2. Sign in to Ton Of Work when prompted and approve the connection.
3. The agent can list projects and tasks, create and update tasks, archive and restore tasks, and delete a small number of individually identified tasks.

The MCP server supports OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration. Authorization server metadata is at https://www.tonof.work/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server. Protected resource metadata is at https://www.tonof.work/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource.

## Connect with an API key

Create a key at https://www.tonof.work/integrations/mcp. Copy it when shown: it is displayed once. Configure an MCP client that accepts a custom Bearer token to send Authorization: Bearer <key> to https://www.tonof.work/api/mcp. Choose a read-only key if the agent only needs to inspect tasks.

## Safety

Only the account owner's personal workspace is exposed. Bulk deletion is unavailable. The delete_task tool requires an exact task ID and its current updatedAt revision; the server limits individual deletions. Revoke an agent or key at https://www.tonof.work/integrations/mcp.
